What are the Odds that ...

Of course, this a leading question .. and it has to do with the_centered_location .. which can be_verified_by the official USGS topographical map, 7.5-minute series, quadrangle, scale of 1 : 24000 .. of .. The U.S. Naval Observatory, in Washington, D.C.

I have already found its centered longitude to be .. W. of the Giza prime meridian, that is ... 108 (deg) X 12 (min) X 1.827704519 (sec) W.Giza .. = 2368.705056 W.Giza. [ W.Greenwich 77 deg 04 min 1.027704519 sec ].

For those of you new to this encoded "archaeo-sky matrix" .. Munck (1992) found its Earth-surface prime meridian passes through the center of The Great Pyramid of Giza .. 31 deg 08 min 0.8 sec to the east of the Greenwich meridian.

When I began 'decoding' the "sky" portion of this amazing matrix .. in 1999 .. I found that SIRIUS has a Grid POINT Value, as of midnight on New Year's Eve of 1999/2000 .. of .. a precise_decimal harmonic_ of that Grid LONG of The U.S. Naval Observatory, that I had discovered in 1998. The SIRIUS Grid POINT Value, as of Jan.1, 2000, is .. 2.368705056

Just very recently, in the early part of 2001, I have found that The U.S. Naval Observatory has a Grid LAT .. that is a_decimal harmonic_ of .. the Grid POINT Value, as of Jan.1, 2000 .. of .. our Galactic Center point.

Yes .. 35530.57584 North ..

= 38 (deg) X 55 (min) X 17.00027552 (sec) North.

That's the_centered_latitude of .. The U.S. Naval Observatory. Don't take my word for this. Check it out, on the USGS topographical map .. 7.5-minute series, quadrangle, scale 1 : 24000.

35.53057584 ... is the Grid POINT Value I just recently found .. for our Galactic Center point .. as of Jan.1, 2000 .. as 'observed' from Earth, of course. (Yes; I realize it's not an actual "star", as I had first gotten the impression, from the database I've been using. We all learn, hopefully).

Again; my calculations for that Grid POINT Value .. are based on the following database .. http://users.cwnet.com/~sidereal/mag/astfixst.htm

For star-longitudes .. you must count_from_the ALNITAK ecliptic-longitude position ... of ... 29 TAURUS 56' 50" .... clockwise in_this_case .. along the ecliptic, assuming each 'sign' to have exactly 30 arc-degrees. You will count clockwise, in this case, to .. 00 SAGITTARIUS 39' 08". And you should come up with .. 179 deg 17 min 42 sec. My "fine-tuning" of the arc-seconds figure is coming from my knowledge of Munck's work .. the details involving the "archaeo-sky matrix".

Grid LAT 05 (deg) X 40 (min) X 18 (sec) South ..

= 3600 South (of ecliptic).

Notice that I don't need to fine-tune the arc-seconds, in this case. Why ? Because .. 3600 is_in_the archaeo-sky matrix. It's a decimal harmonic of "360".

Grid LONG 179 (deg) X 17 (min) X 42.0342008 (sec) W.ALNITAK ..

= 127910.073 W.ALNITAK.

Grid POINT Value .. 127910.073 / 3600 = 35.53057584

Now; realize that The U.S. Naval Observatory .. is not "just any old observatory". And out of all the "gadzillions" of .. "points in our celestial sphere" .. somehow .. as of midnight, New Year's Eve of 1999/2000 ...not "just any old year" or "any old time-of-year" ... as SIRIUS crossed the sky meridian at Giza ... yeah, you know .. the SIRIUS whose Grid POINT Value_as-of_midnight New Year's Eve of 1999/2000, is a dead-on numerical (decimal harmonic) match of the 'Grid LONG' of The U.S. Naval Observatory ... yeah .. THAT one .... THAT "Sirius" .. ... out of all the "gadzillions" of "points in our celestial sphere" .... it .. JUST SO HAPPENS .. that .. SIRIUS and our Galactic Center Point .. have Grid POINT Values that are precise decimal harmonic_matches_of .. the Grid LONG and the Grid LAT of the_centered_location of .. The U.S. Naval Observatory, itself.

The "15" has been found, and so OSIRIS has been Re-membered. The Observed and The Observer have become united. This Eagle, too, has landed. And we .. are on our way.
