Hopefully instructional for all .. it appears to me that some clarification
involving NAD adjustments is in order.

So; allow me to begin by acknowledging Chronos' mapping and gridding
of this 'Statue of Liberty' site .. which is now a private file, but which he intends
to make public at an appropriate time. His given NAD adjustments, in this case,
are .. for longitude .. -1.49665 sec, and for latitude .. +0.37 sec.
This means that, i.e., the "borders" of the map are 'moved' (adjusted)
to the West and to the South; which also, then, means that the number of
seconds of latitude will increase, while the number of seconds of longitude
will decrease .. from the non-NAD-adjusted figures .. in this particular case.
(If it appears that I have this "reversed" .. please tell me .. but I 'think' I have
this correct).

Now; in counting on Chronos' gridded map, starting with latitude ..
I count downward (south) from the 30-sec mark .. by a little_over_9 blocks,
to my estimated point of 40 deg 41 min 20.8 sec.
Next, I add the 0.37 NAD adjustment given by Chronos ..
and I end-up with an estimated 21.17 sec.

For longitude, I count westward (left) from the 30-sec mark ..
by a little_less_than 12 blocks .. to my estimated point of ..
74 deg 02 min 41.75 sec.
Then; I add the 0.8 factor .. giving an estimated 42.55 sec.
Finally, I need to_subtract_the NAD factor ..
42.55 - 1.49665 = 41.05335 sec, estimated.

So; I was wrong on my figures, because I forgot to add the 0.8 factor
of W.Greenwich to W.Giza. And it appears that Chronos added the NAD
factor, rather than subtracting it. I hope I'm getting this right .. (-;

Well .. 105(deg)* 10(min)* 41.05335(sec) = 43106.0175 W.Giza.
So .. we can kick this around.

And I'll stick with my 34722.22222 North, as of this moment .. (-;
40(deg)* 41(min)* 21.17208672(sec) = 34722.22222 North.

So .. 43106 .. ??

(43106 / 34722.22222) = 1.2414528 .. ??

43107.27014 * (Pi^2) = 425451.7031 .. which is a high-pedigree ASM
decimal-harmonic .. I've seen it a lot, anyway. That looks "plausible" to me.

(43107.27014 / 34722.22222) = 1.24148938 .. ??

Well .. at this point .. I'll try something with the Jan.1, 2000 GPV
of SIRIUS .. because Sirius is such a major player in Washington, D.C.
If I try a major ASM "Face" or "Eye" .. with SIRIUS, maybe ?
What about the Poverty Point (Louisiana) "eye" of that profile ..
a "right-eye" .. of that gigantic human-like face-profile .. as only
recognizable from the air .. (Munck, 1993, "The Code", self-published).

(2.368705056 / 1.909859317) = 1.240251067

That figure is the multiplied-product of "The Old Man" (GPV) times 1.2 ..
(1.033542556 * 1.2) = 1.240251067

And; that figure finds "FACE ONE" (GPV) at Cydonia on Mars ..
via "The Tholus" (GPV) at Cydonia on Mars .. by way of the Pi constant. 
(1.240251067 * 656.56127) = (259.2 * Pi). I like that a lot. 

AND; via the Square of Pi .. that figure (1.240251067) finds ..
with help from the Kingly REGULUS (GPV, of Jan.1, 2000) ..
the GPV of the "Eltanin Antenna" on the ocean-floor off the tip
of South America.
(1.240251067 * 19.7392088) / (Pi^2) = 2.480502134 ..
which, in turn, is a decimal-harmonic of the GPV of The Great Pyramid
of Giza. In fact; 1.240251067 .. is_HALF_of 2.480502134 

AND; using the GPV of Jan.1, 2000 ARCTURUS ..
that figure (1.240251067) finds .. the "northern-reciprocal" GPV of
the "Eltanin Antenna" .. (see Bruce Cathie's book, "The Harmonic Conquest
of Space" .. page 12). 
(1.240251067 * 6.652356502) = 8.25059225 .. which, in turn,
is a decimal-harmonic of the_major_ASM meridian, W.Giza, of ..
82505.9225 W.Giza ..
= 99(deg) * 48(min) * 17.36235743(sec) W.Giza.
[ W.Greenwich .. 68 deg 40 min 16.56235743 sec ]. 

And; please recall, those of you to whom I sent emails on this ..
that Jan.1, 2000 ARCTURUS is mathematically_and_positionally
correlated with_The White House_in Washington, D.C. .. involving 2
right-triangles "as above, so below". The particular right-triangle, on
the ground .. is .. The Washington Monument at the right-angle corner,
with The White House at the "top" (north) corner .. and with the hypotenuse
between The White House and The Capitol Rotunda.
The *sky* right-triangle is .. SPICA at the right-angle corner,
ARCTURUS at the top (north) corner, and REGULUS at the corner
corresponding to The Capitol Rotunda. There is one more very important key,
here. The *ground* right-triangle has its base "almost" matching the due
east-west cardinal line; and the *sky* right-triangle has its base "almost"
matching the ecliptic. The bases of the *ground* and the *sky* right-triangles
*are* matching. The ASM, itself, involves_ecliptic_latitudes and longitudes 
in terms of Jan.1, 2000 *sky* locations of prominent 'fixed' stars and of
Solar Apex and Galactic Center !! [ Thanks, here .. to Dr. David Hudgins,
who provided a reference .. and; to David Ovason, whose work Dr. Hudgins
quoted in the reference ]. 

Testing the (ASM) GPV of The Washington Monument ..
(5.411616169 / 1.240251067) = 4.363323131 .. a decimal-harmonic of
the Jan.1, 2000 GPV of the_ecliptic_prime meridian "marker" for the ASM itself ..
ALNITAK, the Orion belt-star. (43.63323131).

Another major correlation, IMO .. is this ..
(0.4Pi / 1.240251067) = 1.013211837 ... GPV of the_center_of "Miami Square".

THEREFORE ... in consideration of this dramatic case-specific evidence ...

I will now multiply this 1.240251067 times my "34722.22222 North" projection
for the centered ASM Grid LAT of "Lady Liberty".
(1.240251067 * 34722.22222) = 43064.27318 W.Giza ..
= 105(deg) * 10(min) * 41.0135935(sec) W.Giza.
[ W.Greenwich .. 74 deg 02 min 40.2135935 sec ].

(43064.27318 / Pi) / (10^2) = 137.0778389 .. the "Ideal Fine Structure
Constant Inverse" .. that I've proposed on The Internet; (Morton, 2001).
Then .. (137.0778389 / Pi) = 43.63323131 .. Jan.1, 2000 GPV of ALNITAK.
That is quite impressive to me .. and it echoes the resonance between
ALNITAK and the indicated GPV, here, for the Statue of Liberty. 

In summary, then .. I propose .. 
(43064.27318 / 34722.22222) = 1.240251067 .. as the ASM values
apparently-intended for the Statue of Liberty.
