I decided to "start" this particular inquiry .. I mean the particular subject
of_this_email, here .. from the point of 'now-assuming' 4 Galactic (Milky Way)
"nodal-points" .. as-observed-from-Earth .. due to Earth precession and obliquity,
which are the 4 numerical values I've found that are "happening now" ..
*currently* .. let me say, "as of Circa 2000 A.D." .. that are_happening_'now' to
*align* with our Solstices and with our Equinoxes.
When I say "align-with" .. I mean_longitudinally_in relation to the solar-ecliptic,
and I also mean_latitudinally_right ON the solar-ecliptic, itself, only in the
cases of the March and September Galactic "nodal-points".
In the cases of the June and December Galactic "nodal points" .. it is simply
their_ecliptic-longitudes_that are *currently* aligned with our Solstices.
Some of you reading this will recall that I have found a multiplied-product of ..
41887.90203 .. for all 4 of these "nodes" I just mentioned ..

= 05(deg) * 40(min) * 18(sec) South-of-ecliptic.
Where; 127910.073 W.ALNITAK ..
= 179(deg) * 17(min) * 42.03420079(sec) W.ALNITAK.
I have always (consistently) used the same database-source for all
"sky-locations" .. based on the sidereal zodiac, and also based on the
theory of Mary Anne Weaver (1999) which I have now proven to be correct,
after over 3 years of intensive studies and calculations (as I write this, it is
18th June, 2002). Weaver approached me with her theory of an "ALNITAK-marked"
*ecliptic prime meridian* .. in February of 1999.
The database-source I have always used in this project, for "sky-locations", is ..

The given sky-location longitudes must be_transposed_to the ALNITAK-marked
ecliptic prime meridian, in the "ASM". To do this .. I use a sidereal longitude
for ALNITAK, itself, of .. 29 TAURUS 56' 50".
The given sky-location latitudes are as-of the solar-ecliptic .. and so they
do_not_need to be transposed for the "ASM" format.
The ecliptic-latitude for ALNITAK is .. South-of-ecliptic .. 25 deg 17' 37" ..
and its "ASM" Grid LAT is indicated as .. [(Pi / 2) * (10^4)] .. 15707.96327 S.
For the_Grid LONG_of ALNITAK .. its designated value in the "ASM" is 360.
So; ALNITAK's Grid POINT Value (GPV) in the "ASM" is ..
(15707.96327 / 360) = 43.63323131
{Morton, 1999, Internet}.
It is interesting that the indicated (apparent) Grid LAT in the "ASM" for ..
GALACTIC CENTER_and_for GALACTIC ANTI-CENTER .. is .. 3600 ..
a decimal-harmonic of 360.
This is where; 3600 = 05(deg) * 40(min) * 05(sec).
If you go to the "sky-locations" database-source (see URL, above) ..
and if you scroll down to near the end of the list .. you will see "CENTRE"
and "APEX" .. these are 'Galactic Center' and 'Solar Apex' .. 2 sky-locations ..
as observed from Earth. Notice the latitude given for "CENTRE" ..
(-) 05* 40' 18" ... where the (-) means 'South-of-ecliptic'.
I think 3600 is_also_related to the "ideal" orbital period of "Nibiru" {see Z.Sitchin;
his books, including "The 12th Planet"} .. in_terms_of Earth-years.
I do_NOT_think it is "random coincidence" that the apparent "ASM" Grid LAT
for the GALACTIC CENTER and ANTI-CENTER sky-locations .. is exactly
equivalent to the "ideal" orbital period of "Nibiru", in Earth-years.

I have also come-up with what I refer to as .. "ideal" numerical values for the
"Fine Structure Constant" (some people might call this the "Holy Grail" of
atomic physics) .. and .. for the "e Value" .. the "base of the natural logarithms".
These "ideal" figures for these 2 parameters_do_seem to 'correlate' precisely
with the "ASM".
Recalling, now .. the figure_41887.90203_from earlier in this email .. which is
the multiplied-product of all 4 of the "Milky Way Nodes" ..
If I divide_that_figure by the GPV of GALACTIC CENTER .. and then if I multiply
the_result_by "Ideal e Value"_and_by "Ideal Fine Structure Constant" ..
(41887.90203 / 35.53057584) * (2.718263905) * [72 / (Pi^2) / (10^3)] ..
= 23.37818184 = a decimal-harmonic of the Grid LAT of ..

That_major_pyramid has a Grid LAT of .. 23378.18185 North ..
= 19(deg) * 41(min) * 30.01050301(sec) North. [In the "ASM"].
Notice its Grid LONG ..
129(deg) * 58(min) * 37.49507915(sec) W.Giza ..
= 280538.1822 W.Giza.
[ W.Greenwich .. 98 deg 50 min 36.695 sec ].
So; the GPV of "The Pyramid of the Sun" ..
(280538.1822 / 23378.18185) = 12.
Now; please refer back to my figure that I found, earlier, here .. 23.37818184
Yes .. a decimal-harmonic of the Grid LAT of "The Pyramid of the Sun",
in the "ASM".
Please now notice what happens, when I multiply_this_figure by the GPV
of "The Pyramid of the Sun" ..
(23.37818184 * 12) = 280.5381822 .. of course, this is a decimal-harmonic of
the Grid LONG of "The Pyramid of the Sun".
BUT .. this is_also_a precise *match* of the_GPV_of The Greenwich Observatory
in England !!
I have recently found .. with essential help from Robert Carl .. the apparent "ASM"
values for the centered-location of Greenwich Observatory ..
198.4401707 W.Giza ..
= 31(deg) * 08(min) * 0.800161979(sec) W.Giza.
55670.04476 North ..
= 51(deg) * 28(min) * 38.98462518(sec) North.
GPV ..
(55670.04476 / 198.4401707) = 280.5381822
Now .. if I then use what I've found to be the apparent "ASM"_Apex_GPV for
The Great Pyramid of Giza ..
(280.5381822 / 238.3004375) = 1.177245771 = (57.29577951 / 48.66934411).
This is where; 48.66934411 is the_precisely-intended_and correct radius of the
Sarsen Circle of STONEHENGE .. {Munck, 1993, "The Code"} .. in terms of ..
regular ("British") feet.

I do think I have found the "ideal" values for the Fine Structure Constant
and for the e Value. Apparently .. these "ideal" values .. for these 2 very
important parameters .. are precisely and intentionally integrated into the
"ASM", itself.
I suggest .. to scientists and mathematicians everywhere .. that these 2 "ideal
limits" be assumed in future experiments, observations, and calculations.
I think my findings, here, merit the use and the_testing_of these 2 "ideal"
parameter-values. And; I also think the "ASM", itself, should be taken very
seriously. Thank-you.
Could these 2 "ideal limits" help humanity on Earth .. us "Earth humans" ..
to_learn_to cultivate The Best of "both possible worlds" .. macro and micro ?
